3M Scotch-Weld Surface Insensitive Instant Adhesive SI100 (formerly Rite-Lok) is a low viscosity product that will bond a wide variety of materials including plastic, rubber, wood, paper, leather, and metals with a very fast cure speed. It is recommended for use on close-fitting parts and smooth, even surfaces.
