3M Scotch-Weld neoprene high performance rubber and gasket adhesive 1300L is a yellow solvent type synthetic rubber based adhesive. High immediate strength and good heat resistance. It is a general purpose adhesive that can be used for bonding most rubber and gasketing materials to most metal, bake enamel, wood, plastics and neoprene, reclaim, SBR and butyl rubber.

3M™ VHB™ Surface Cleaner is a very pure solution of Isopropyl alcohol in water. It is colourless, has very little odour and evaporates very quickly leaving no residue.
