Glass Cloth Tape - Scapa 1503B

Scapa 1503B is a glass cloth tape coated with a thermosetting rubber adhesive with 0.16mm total thickness and recommended for coil winding protection and insulation and fixing wires prior impregnation (130°C thermal class B)

Applications:

• Fixing and reinforcing coils and output wires
• Insulation of primary coils
• Insulating switches, indicators, motor lead connections
• Securing, splicing cables and wires harnesses
• Outer protective insulating wraps for bobbins, coils, dry transformers etc
• Vibration damping effect for methane tanker partitions in shipbuilding applications
