Get abrasion, chemical, moisture and wear resistance, with 3MElectroplating Tape 470. Our tape features a non-corrosive, flexible vinyl backing allowing it to conform and adapt to irregular surfaces.

Use 3MElectroplating Tape 470 with plating chemicals, electroplating nickel, electroless nickel, milling and etching in titanium or peening operations. Our tape resists most common solvents. Its abrasion, moisture, chemical and wear resistant, allowing it to withstand rugged working conditions. The non-corrosive, flexible vinyl backing is conformable, to adapt to irregular surfaces. The backing accepts marker ink and is printable in using thermal transfer processes for identification purposes.
