3MUHMW PE Film Tape 5421 protects surfaces from abrasion. Our tape has a thickness 0.01 mm that offers excellent abrasion resistance, making it ideal for many tough impact wear or sliding applications. It creates a slip planeeffect to allow contact without wear. This is a thinner version of 3MUHMW-PE Film Tape 5423.

Use 3MUHMW PE Film Tape 5421 for tough impact wear or sliding applications. Our general purpose polyethylene tape has outstanding abrasion resistance to help protect surfaces from wear. It has a low coefficient of friction for slip planeeffect between surfaces and can help reduce squeaks, rattles and other noises that occur with movement. Use it in applications where lubrication is not possible because of contamination. Our tapes liner makes it ideal for fabricating or die cutting into various lengths and shapes.
