Non-Sag with Excellent Shear, Peel and Impact Strength 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive DP8425NS is a non-sag acrylic adhesive with a 10:1 mix ratio. It features a 25 minute work life to allow time to position substrates prior to adhesion. This working life, open time and cure time can be accelerated with heat. Once fully cured, this adhesive will reach 1,000 psi (7 MPa) of overlap shear strength in approximately 56 minutes, increasing throughput and productivity while featuring a high peel and impact performance. This time is remarkably faster than any other acrylic adhesive on the market. Full cure will be reached within 24 hours.
